The SANCHARI association

The Sanchari association, based in Clermont-Ferrand ( France) ) is a new collective for the promotion and the teaching of the classical music of the North India in France, by means of concerts, courses of practical and theoretical music.

Our association is opened to every person who wants to discover or to deepen its knowledge on the music of the North India.

For that purpose, we propose for our adherents collective and particular courses of Sitar (lute) with Nicolas Delaigue, and Tablas (percussions) with Cenk Altiner. Instruments can be lent during the courses.

We also suggest to the musicians of any horizons to coming with them own instruments (guitar, flute, violin etc.) to study melodies and rhythms of the Indian classic music.
